Is my order confirmed?

You will receive an email and an sms on order confirmation. Please contact us at care@popxo.com for further details.

When will you ship my order?

We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.

When will my order get delivered?

Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. You can easily track you order from the "track your order" link on the website or go to tracklite.in and enter your tracking ID.

Do you add any delivery charges on the overall order?

We do free delivery on all prepaid orders and charge a nominal fee for COD charges.

How can I track my order?

An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can easily track you order from the "track your order" link on the website or go to tracklite.in and enter your tracking ID.

Do you offer bulk / large order discounts?

Yes, we'll make sure you get the best prices possible. Contact us on care@popxo.com for bulk/corporate discounts.

I have received a damaged product, what should I do?

POPxo.com offers replacement guarantee on all products. If you want to replace your product, please send an email to care@popxo.com call or call us at +91-9821519342 and we will replace it at no extra cost. Please note replacement is valid only if the received product is damaged or is not as described on the website. If you don’t want the replacement of your product, we will issue a refund to you.

Can you cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us at care@popxo.com or call or call us at +91-9821519342 and if the order is not shipped, we will cancel the order for you.

What is your return policy?

We offer replacement guarantee on all products. If you want to replace your product, please send an email to care@popxo.com and we will replace it at no extra cost. Please note replacement is valid only if the received product is damaged or is not as described on the website. If you don’t want the replacement of your product, we will issue a refund to you.

What is your refund policy?

On receiving the product back and once the quality check is successful, we will initiate the refund in the same source account via which the payment was made initially (that is Credit Card, Debit Card and Net-banking). If it is a COD order, we will ask for your bank account details. Please note, refund of shipping (Rs.40) and COD charges (Rs.40) (if applicable) will not be done in case you wish to take the refund instead of replacement.

Is your website secure?

Yep! on any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are only available in India as of now but are coming to other countries for sure !
