Surya namaskar. Start with 5 counts a day and slowly increase to 30 counts a day. And kapal bhati is effective too. Check out you tube videos on kapal bhati kriya. Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water a day. Avoid junk food, sugar and aerated drinks. You can easily shed 3 -5 kilos in 2 months. Good luck :)
