Drink green tea before bed...it helps a lot....also don't stop eating....eat less but more frequently

Eating is not a problem. Not exercising is. If you're lazy to not exercise then at least go for walk or cycling or you can dance on your fav party song ;)

Instead of diet u should do exercise or yoga and drink freen tea or luke warm water with lemon juice nd honey...much effective

You shouldn't diet. Eat healthy. When you feel urge to eat, then munch on nuts...

Don't diet it makes metabolism slow down have breakfast lunch and dinner the home made one and don't eat junk foods and go for brisk walking daily

Dont overdo diet nd workout so that yu just do it fa 4 days nd 5th day ull be bored of it... Try doing it slowly if u want natural weight loss. Do some diet...continue fa a good time then when u think it is very well added to yo routine add 2nd diet...start working out first fa 10 min then increase the time gradually...
