With the help of exercise you can loose belly fat fast but you have to continue doing it afterwards also even if u got ur perfect shape n if nt u'll going to gain weight again and it iz d worst ov ol....so in case of yoga even if u leave it, it would do no harm afterwards to your shape .....but it will going to take tym....
Finally,I would suggest you to start doing exercise regularly at Home and simultaneously you can join some yoga class coz yoga is sumthing on which people easily give up.
This way u can loose weight widout having fear of getting it back with worse effect.
And it will take time. Be patient and it is certainly effective.
