Hey darling it may be due to vitamin d3 deficiency. I was suffering from backache to so took up a blood test on doctor's recommendation. And got to no i m low on both calcium n vitamin d3. Plz do consult your physician on this.
Reasons for back pain might be several like spondylosis or muscle catch or bad sleeping posture or sciatica. I would suggest you to go to a doc and get the primary consultation done. It might help you to get to the roots of the problem. Also for relief try lying down on the floor and fold your legs at 90 degree at the knee and place them on a chair. Hope this helps. Take care

Ya also ur seating position is not right. Keep a pillow n lean on it while sitting.
