Firstly opt for internal cleansing of the blood, like Safi.
Secondly, don't wash your face too many times a day. Dries your skin and washes off essential oils.
Thirdly, always make sure to wash off your makeup before you sleep. Basically just wash your face with a good face wash like neutrogena, before you sleep.
And its very important that u drink loads of water and avoid oily and spicy food.
Results don't happen overnight. But instead of temporary shortcuts, I'd rather u opt for a healthy routine for a more lasting solution from the inside and out. Try n avoid face makeup as much as possible till your acne marks heal, else u might just end up making it worse.
And most of all, don't stress about it 😊
