Reduce sugar n salt upto 1tspn a day take 4 cup green tea warm water early morning take healthy breakfast n lunch n take soups or daliya or oats at night n do walk for 1 hr no junk food no banana fruits u can take pomegranate apple orange melons pineapple best for u
