Hello there ! Its always advisable to test yur talent but in this times it's better to be smart enough so listen ! Don't leave your job just like that first start looking for opportunities that are available in yur field look for prospectives then only leave your job but u knw govt jobs are dreams of many ppl so better keep it think of it again but you can shift whenever and wherever your heart rests <3

I suggest that learn things first, try to excel at it, people will always respect if you have learning attitude, knowledge is power .n above everything have patience. Simultaneously keep looking for in your area of interest, once you find it, you can resign your job happily, with experience knowledge n growth, for all the time you spent here, make it count. All the best :) :)

Hi. I think you should look for more opportunities.. You shouldn't work at a place where thou do not get any respect. I resigned from my job for the same reason and now I am the master of my life... I am planning to do what I want to without being answerable to anyone. If I Continue In the same job, I will never be able to do what satisfies me. ATB !!

Govt job is a safety net for girls or in fact for anyone. First go out and try in private banks or other fields in which u think u can excel. Once you explore those opportunities you can take a better decision. And risk is what we have to take in order to achieve anything in life

Dear...In today's time... There are lot of givt jobs which are far better than govt bank jobs. If u think, u have a callibre.. Then apply jobs through SSC. Give exams and clear it, get the joining letter in hand.. Then only leave ur current job. SSC jobs are much bettet nd relaxing

See if its a govt permanent job... you can apply for officer grade and promotions... just get used to public dealing and ignore rude ppl. Try to b more interactive with colleagues. Most ppl in my family are in govt job. Its ok. Pvt compsnies also have work problems....
