Try toned milk...its much better and you won't feel heavier.

If you're trying to intake milk for the sake of calcium in it, you can opt for calcium supplements. Or you can even try Soy milk, which is what Vegans choose over dairy products. Hope this helps.😘

Well it used to happen with me too but after that i started consuming milk in less quantity at the time of start and then increased the amount when my body became habitual to it.

Hey its not true that by drinking milk u will gain weight .......but u will reduce. The weight u should drink with out sugar definatly half liter per day with that u can loose weight instead of gain

Initially consume in less amount later on when your body gets habituate start on regular basis.. Ya it is needed for our body
