Try working out while you're busy,.. Like everytime you're on a call, walk around as you talk, Figure out smart ways. Avoid eating fast food. Green tea instead of normal tea or coffee would make a difference as well

Try simple methods like opt for stairs rather than lifts. When you are going a place near by walk that distance. Drink lukewarm water with honey and lemon when you wake up in morning. Don't skip your meals. Eat on time. Try to avoid fried and spicy foods. Exercise or dance for 15 minutes. You can take out 15 mins.

Easy excericse...just do stairs up down for 15 min. Daily... After 7 in eve. No food..only liquid...
