Focus on muscle toning exercises also. Whenever u do exercise jus tuck Ur abs in den do exercises.

Well u can workout in gym... Try to do crunches bez that's a belly exercise... Eat meals after every 4-5 hours rather than keeping long gapes.. Avoid creamy items n junk food..

See that u don't eat rice at nyt time. Have plenty of water. Eat raw vegetables it reduces fat. Don't skip brkfst. Have milk evryday at nyt time

Running. Best to flatten out the tummy. Because of sedentary lifestyle, its difficult to control the built-up on the tummy. Eat when you're hungry. Finish up before you're full.
