I am 70 kgs. I need to lose weight asap. And i don't want to join gym yoga or aerobics cz have already done that and left it halfway. So please suggest me some good diet plans and exercises that i can do at home. I really wanna lose weight this time. According to my height i should not be more than 55 kgs. And also how much time will it take to lose 15 kgs. Please help. I could Google but u want to know personal experiences. | POPxo

Well even m obese ..i have done yoga ,gym before but even i left it halfway.. now i took break for my jon n started doing aerobics on my own ...u can see tiffany rothe videos in YouTube,her videos r best for thighd,belly n all u can reduce weight fr sure... M go for talking for 45 mins in d evening even... Don't have anything after 8pm.. cut out chicoates,pastrys ,chips,bakery foods n all... don't have white rice m having Brown rice n rotis... instead of normal water try detox water everyday get recipes from google..m drinking a litre water everyday..if u have sumding today check weight n do some exercises den later check weight after dat so u will know how much u exercises u done...n later check weight every alternative day.. hope this helps...if u need any help m happy to help..

Start with 5 surya namaskars and increase to 25 times a day+ Kapalbhati

Make a schedule.. Hit the gym.. put a personal trainer.. try GM diet.. Big no to chocolates alcohols sugaries and fatty foods. .drink warm water with lemon juice...

Buttermilk to the rescue.... Have more (homemade) buttermilk with a proportion of 25% buttermilk and 75% water.. and visit a nutritionist or dietitian... Experts suggest the best. All the best👍

Don't leave anything halfway. To loose 15kgs it's definitely gonna take sometime if you want to do it in a healthy way.

Try swimming... And take proper diet nd walk some time after eating... Or u can also take honey, lemon with warm water at morning, instead of tea coffee...it also help to decrease calories...
