I am 70 kgs. I need to lose weight asap. And i don't want to join gym yoga or aerobics cz have already done that and left it halfway. So please suggest me some good diet plans and exercises that i can do at home. I really wanna lose weight this time. According to my height i should not be more than 55 kgs. And also how much time will it take to lose 15 kgs. Please help. I could Google but u want to know personal experiences.
