1glass of warm water with 1tbsp honey and half lemon drink it with empty stomach . And have green tea 2times a day go for gud dite and follow the workouts

U should drink lemon warm water nd honey in d morning first thong u need to do, drink plenty of water, take walk for atleast 30mins in morning after drinking lemon water, drink green tea twice a day.
