Have warm water with lemon juice and honey after waking up in the morning. You will see the difference in 15 days.

Skipping, running / jogging can help you a lot . Eat healthy, more of fresh juices and drink green tea . :-)

Eat one time a day.. n only juice one tim whenever u feel hungry or u can take some nutrition that comes in market.
