Try cetaphil moisturising lotion... it is super good and makes ur skin feel good and soft... I too have oily skin this works for me ... my body and hands will be super dry  , hence I use a lots over those place.. my face is ultra oily hence I use what is appropriate to it... doctor recommend for me in India... here in us I buy in Costco 

Use a good calamine lotion.....You can order online.
