Hi girls, whenever I get my arms and legs waxed, I get thick ingrown hair after 1 day of it, and then that becomes stubbles, kinda small pimples type pink in colour which doesn't look nice and my skin feels rough due to it. I would like to add here that shaving has not been done, they are waxed from a good parlour, I even changed parlours to check if issue gets resolved, but the issue is still there. So its nothing about hygiene. I even take a bath and exfoliate my skin before going to the parlour so that hair can easily come off. I even apply moisturizer to make skin smooth. But still I face this issue. Any remedies? Should I see a doctor or is it normal? | POPxo

Either go for aloe Vera wax or apply aloe Vera afterwards and one more thing you can do is rub ice after getting waxed

Exfoliate well before every waxing session. Apply aloevera gel to soothe the affected areas. If the problem persists, visit a dermatologist.

I had this problem. I started almost daily scrubbing and daily moisturising, now resolved to a great extent. It's not a disease.

Heard of Moroccan bath? A lot of spas have this service. It's a steam bath with olive oil scrubs and special Moroccan soap. The scrubber that they use removes dead skin and a lot of dirt from your body you wouldn't have imagined was there. Go for a Moroccan bath a day before you want to wax. Don't wax the same day or you might end up with rashes because the skin becomes soft after the bath. After this, your tiny hair will be easier to remove and it will take out most of the in-growth. By the way... stop using razors to shave your legs. Those cause in-growth more. Razor is the worst for tiny hair follicles, your hair will regrow in just a couple of days. Hope this helps! ☺️ Nazia 7 October Weddings
