Hi girls!:-) i need to lose weight......i have big breast too......since i am not working out for past many months i have to start with something lite. Also please see that my biggest hurdle in losing weight is that i never stick to a weight lose plan. I am unable to do anything regularly and i hate this about me :( please help | POPxo

Remember that diet comes first in loosing weight... Lite exercices with good diet gives u amazing results

Start with a basic 10-15 mins walk daily n gradully increase the time . Also drink warm water in the morning.

Start with yoga for 10 mins in the morning and skip sugar and chocolate in your diet. Whenever you are craving for something sweet , have a fruit. Make sure you do not increase your salt intake. Have lots of liquids: juices , coconut water , buttermilk etc etc.
