Whoever gave you the idea of using coconut oil!? It’ll make things worse. You need to remove any earring you’re wearing now, and clean that area with a cotton ball soaked in some dettol. Make sure your hands are clean. Then apply an antibiotic ointment. If you can’t find any, get Boroline. Let your wound heal completely before putting on jewelry. Don’t use any artificial jewelry because they might contain nickel or something.
