Hi Sakthi, start your day by consuming Lemon-honey warm water. Simple home remedies will help you in the long run. Rather than drinking fruit juices, eat the fruits. Watermelon is excellent! Switch from Rice to Roti. Avoid packaged fried chips, bhujia, so on and so forth. As far as possible, consume warm water instead of cold. Start with brisk walk followed by jogging gradually , drink lots of water and if possible do yoga . You will see the difference :)

You can do lots of things at home like yoga or pranayam - surya namaskar is very effective. Walk for half an hour everyday . Basic exercise at home. Search exercise on YouTube. Hope this helps

Gym is very helpful..i too lost weight..all you need to do is a lot of jogging and abs workout!cycling too is very good..but abs workout will lead to very fast results..
