If possible... Then try to wake early in the morning.... Begin your morning with doing some yoga and stuff..... Don't forget to do that meditation part.... It will make you feel more relaxed, positive, determined.... Which will let you make out your tiredness, low energy and all.... Also try to make a good but healthy breakfast for yourself.... I think this is enough for a good start! Well, I seriously don't know that you're gonna like this idea or not.... But I know... That this is pretty working idea... Because... I have had read it in one of the Vogue's cover and have tried it.... And this do works very well! Hope you like it!

Previously i used to feel the same..try drinking 500ml plain lukewarm water as soon u get up..!it worked for me.get up no later than 7am and take at least 6-7hrs of sleep.be happy! :-)

Drink lemon and honey in a glass of water everyday as soon as you wake up. Be regular to it and you will start noticing difference. Also surround yourself with people who cheer you up.

find some activity that motivates u like yoga or aerobics or it even may be any diy ..so that u get engaged n won't be sitting idle..n feel no energy at all..try doing something new n u'll automatically feel refreshed..

Try to join any physical activity such as dance and follow a proper diet with it. You will feel tired for first few days but after that you'll have alot of energy. Ensure you sleep for atleast 8 hours everyday.

Have dry fruits in morning. Also, have a protein rich diet. Avoid sugar, instead take complex carbs like oats. Start exercising. You will feel better in a few days
