Hey there... I know this happens with many people. Whenever you get angry just ask yourself why are you angry. Try and find the answer... This process will instantly cool you down.. For example if I am angry on my brother.. I ask myself why and get the answer that he doesn't treat me well.. Ask why again. Has there been something in the near past that might have made him behave so... And this thing goes on to a certain stage... Most of the time our rage cannot be even justified... We get angry on little things... But we need to know what reason is worth to get angry on.. Ask yourself if it's worth the anger.. The answer will be no most of the time.

Suffer from the same problem with the addition of crying at the drop of a hat..if someone engages me in an argument. It's automatic. What has helped me is doing yoga every morning for 1 hour without fail. It's a slow change..but you will notice difference. If you used to get angry ..say after 2 sentences.. now after doing yoga..say you will get angry after 6 7 sentences.. slowly for longer period of time you will be able to be calm.. you will be able to examine your own emotions.. if you need more info contact me personally..

Whenever u r angry drink a glass of water and do meditation and yoga morning and evening daily for 3months it will give change in your behavior.

Hey u can try out meditation n also do yoga regularly when u get angry show all angerness on pillow or non living I tried this out n now I do not get angry much๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰

Write about the things u feel angry for..write it on a piece of paper ,tear it n burn it..and when u feel angry.., just take a few deep breaths..untill u feel that uhr anger is gone...dont try to speak wen u r angry..stay quiet untill uhr anger is gone..i have tried this..works for me
