Hey girls. Usually every month my periods get delayed by 2-3 days. Last month I had on 25th August. This month I want to have it on 25th only not 26-27 or 28th Aug. Can u tell me from this time what food should I take/avoid in order to keep my date intact? If you all help me I wl be really grateful. Thank you in advance. | POPxo

Listen a delay of 2-3 days is normal , I'll suggest you to keep it natural. It happens and is dependent on the total days of menstrual cycle it can be of 28 days in some or 30 -31 days is some .

The menstrual cycle varies from 28 to 31 days so it's completely normal. You should avoid spicy, sweet and dairy products from atleast 1 week from your date. Eat jaggery and other iron rich food.
