Listen a delay of 2-3 days is normal , I'll suggest you to keep it natural. It happens and is dependent on the total days of menstrual cycle it can be of 28 days in some or 30 -31 days is some .

The menstrual cycle varies from 28 to 31 days so it's completely normal. You should avoid spicy, sweet and dairy products from atleast 1 week from your date. Eat jaggery and other iron rich food.
Have a spoon of dates syrup or eat dates daily. This will keep ur cycle accurate.
Have some garamdhal in early morning in empty stomach and continue it until your function gets over then if you stop the next day you get periods ..
