Babe, ask your trainer.. Because some workouts, if done the wrong way, you would hurt yourself or even put on muscles which will make you look very bulky..
On diet, what I do is eat whatever I feel like but within a calorie limit..
There are apps like fitnesspal bla bla which can track what you have eaten and how many more calories can you consume or have to burn..
I suggest you try that.. it's a little tough to maintain it.. But will power babe.. keep at it.. 😘
Oh and btw, when you leave gym, no.. you don't put on weight.. see it's basically in your hands.. the number of calories you burn (in gym) should be more than hat you consume. Thus you lose weight.. if you consume the same number of calories after leaving gym, how can you expect ki you won't put on weight..
