Hey girls ! I have my college trip coming up in October & till that I have to loose my belly fat atleast some ! Please advise me some easy things that can be either with diet changes / some home remedies / anything .

When you wake up drink warm water 2_3 glasses and do crunches, jog at home also stay away from junk oily foods and rice

Drink green tea and brisk walk daily. You could try kapalbhati as well.
