Drink lots of water, running and some yoga to keep you fit ! And cut down on all your whites and creamy stuffs!!

Daily morning drink hot water to it add 2 spoons of honey and apple cider vinegar to empty stomach. Eat fruits n veggies more. Follow a strict diet but make sure u eat enough food how much u want!! All the best!!

You should try yoga and running. It's quite effective, the combination will work wonders

Proper diet. Stay away from sugar and fried foods. Don't skip breakfast. Drink green tea it really triggers metabolism. And try some cardio that u like ...running, brisk walking or dancing etc.
