Have simple warm water eat 1 bowl curd evry day in morning do 10 min jogging like 3 min running 2 min brisk walk 4 min running thn 1 min walk dont run continusly its wrong way of jogging also eat in small proptiions n have ur dinner before 4 hours u go to sleep. Dont drink water in between or just aftr ur meal n last have green tea or warm water before you go to bed 😊😊😊

Heyyaaaa pretty girl.... You don't need to be stressed first of all just feel free and I would suggest you to start running at home only by doing kardio or if you can't do that so there are diet charts what you should eat to avoid laziness and keep yourself involve in activities (dance, exercise and much more) I'm sure less oil will reduce the laziness and fruits n veggies will keep you active n don't worry much about the weight at this age because this is something very similar with this age so don't get much stressed........

Hi ...same here !!my height is 5 Nd even I am in the process of loosing weight 1 month ago my weight was 61 kgs Nd now am 57kg Nd I still have to loose 8 kgs more...I am having healthy breakfast like 2 chapatti with loads of vegetables cooked in less oil..after 2 hrs am having 1 fruit like pear or an apple or cucumber...then in lunch again 2 chapatti with vegetables .in the evening am having digestive biscuits and lastly at night ...very light meal.. 1 chappati or half Nd vegetables...:)..now in alll the between am having green tea it's like 2 times a day ...Nd loads Nd loads of water it has to be 4.5 ltrs of water....now after my dinner I give half n hr break Nd go for walking minimum 45 min .it has to be brisk one...this way it's helping me a lot . .hope this helps!😊😊😊😊 Water is the the the must !!! And oh yes avoid junks during this time ..but I know those cravings 😁😁😁 once in a 2 week will do but make sure the portions..

Have warm lemon water (honey instead of sugar) early in the morning. Try green tea, it increases fat burning. Do crunches 3 set of 10each :)

U can do workout at home.. der r many videos available on YouTube for power yoga.. you can learn cardio and suryanamaskar.. it helps a lot.. I lost 4 kgs in jst a month..! And for diet.. dnt skip breakfast have a heavy and healthy breakfast and eat a fruit in ur breakfast..for lunch keep it light.. go for only oats..or if u feel very hungry u can have 1 chapati.. keep ur dinner very light.. have brown rice or oats. DO NOT eat any junk food or sweets. Have green tea 3 times in a day . It is gud fr skin as well..! Dis is wht I followed fr a month.. and it worked fr me.. it will definitely work for u too.. jst have strng will and dnt get tempted frm food :P All d best 😘

Avoid having meat items and convert to veg during ur exercise dayz and do jogging at a place.gradually increase ur jogging time.try seeing some movie or something on tv or laptop during jogging so dat u won't get bored.u can see results within a month.
