hey every one. im 18. nd my weight is 58 kg and my height is 5 feet. ni ganied 6-7 kg in last year. i was taking a gap year from studies and was really stresssed . now i badly want to loose the wait plz give me simple tips bcz i beleong to a conservative family and cannot join a gym or anything p.s can u give me some simple diet plan
