Guys.. Big confusion in life.. I just graduated from college (did engineering ). And even though I've been placed in a big IT company, I don't want to enter a mainstream 9-5 job and lose my personal life. I'm considering teaching profession.. Can anyone tell me how it is? What's the salary going to be like? I want to teach high school.. What will be the challenges I'll face? Where should I start? Can someone please guide me? | POPxo

To teach high school.. U need b.Ed which will take again two years.. Also with out b.Ed they pay world be not more that 12-15k and then comes TET and only then you could be a lecturer in any junior college. So if u want to go ahead with teaching. do your research and then go ahead. Changing stream is nit easy dear. Not to dishearten you but that's how it is. Always follow what your heart says. You can instead go Pg and then p.HD. and then settle as a professor in a good college. Hope this helps..
