Hye Sneha ....chill drink warm water early in the mrng..mixed with honey and lemon....take s healthy diet....cut down carbohydrates and fats...dinner lite...and if you love dancing give an hour to that...as sweating can also help u too lose weight 😀❤

Eat less but eat regular.. nd make sure u concentrate on the food that u r eating

Eat a nice breakfast regular meal in dinner without rice and salad for dinner and go for brisk walking

Keep yourself hydrated, don't eat junk food, brisk walk for 1 hour daily, eat lots of protein and be happy....congrats and have a happy married life ahead..
