Meditate before sleeping, don't use gadgets 30 minutes before, read good books, listen to soothing music. ..

Ever heard about acupressure helping in delaying with insomnia ? If not then let me tell you 😉 All You need to do is pamper yourself with a good foot massage at home right before you go to sleep. You can take any coconut oil and massage your sole with it for like 5 minutes each . Also you can apply pressure right in the middle of your wrist in circular motion for 1 minute each and then you'll be no less than a sleeping beauty 😉

Try blinking your eyes faster for a min ....they ll b tired and u ll fall asleep and i would suggest you to switch off all the lights and turn some gud meditating music and just njoy it...dont think about anything.... u ll have a very sound sleep ..for eg...https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=JE5up7Vh_5E
