Main reason for getting anger is ur tired of something & some where ur hurted try to stay alone keep calm maintain peace & listen music Go for a walk see the nature beauty.. Definitely u will feel better

The best way to control your anger is not to react at that particular time .. give time to urself to digest the fact .. have some water .. and whatever you wanted to say to that person say that out loud alone .. you will feel good and this will even protect your relations 😊
