Change your diet. Eat healthy, decide a meal plan. When it comes to losing weight, exercise does 20% of the job, 80% is done by what you eat. Quit junk food. Neither overeat nor skip meals. Have a balanced healthy diet. Eat at least an hour before you sleep. Drink lots of water.
