I'm 22 and 5'3. My current weight is 50 kgs, my stats are 34-26-35. I've been following diet plan under 1200 calories for quite a few months now. My initial weight was 56 kgs. Now everyone around me has started commenting how I have lost so much of weight. I don't know if I should continue losing weight or start maintaining it. My goal was 47 kgs. Incase you are wondering, I was never fat but my boyfriend is kinda skinny so I wanted to lose weight for him. What should I do?
