I am going to try sassy water for fat loss.Will it work?
For those who dont have an idea what is sassy water,I will just give a brief description.
2L water+1 Squeezed lemon's juice+1 chopped cucumber+1 inch grated ginger+10 mint leaves.We place the mixture in refrigerator for 15 hours or om overnight so that the ingredients will be properly infused in the water.
Drink the water 8 glasses a day for 4 days.
We are supposed to be in diet and should not consume more than 1800kcal.
