Your Profile
Who Can See Things That I Write on POPxo?
Only signed in users will be able to see your posts.
Can Other Users Ever See Things I Write Anonymously?
Anonymous posts can be viewed by all the users, however, they will never know who posted them. Your name will never show next to these posts and they will also be excluded from your public profile.
Where can I see my bookmarked/saved things?
You will see your saved content on your profile page, under the tab my bookmarks.
Can I change my username?
Since you log in using Facebook or Google ids, the system generates a username for you.
Can I change my profile picture?
Yes, you can. Go to your profile page, click on the settings icon, click on the edit button on the profile picture and update from there.
How do I change my DOB?
Go to settings icon on your profile page and click on the date of birth and choose the correct date of birth.
How do I follow another user?
In order to follow another user, click on that user’s profile and click on the follow icon given on the right hand side.
How do I chat with another user?
In order to chat with another user, click on that user’s profile and click on the chat icon given on the right hand side.
How do I see the questions or polls that I post on the app?
To see the questions and polls posted by you on the app, click on your profile and then click on ‘Your Posts’.
What happens after a user is reported?
POPxo World serves as a private community for our users and enables them to not only engage and interact with each other but also provide support to one another. We do our best to create a safe and conducive environment for women and we do not tolerate cyber bullying, trolling or spamming on our app. All reported profiles are strictly moderated by our team, especially if the user is reported multiple times. Necessary action is only taken once the reported profile is properly moderated and validated by our team.

POPxo Community Guidelines
Who Can Sign in to POPxo?
POPxo is for girls, by girls! We started POPxo so that there would be a community where girls in India could talk openly and comfortably about the things going on in their lives. For this reason, guys do not have access to the Hangout section. They are, however, welcome to browse the website, read articles, watch our video and have all access to POPxo Shops latest collections. SO feel free to ask anything without the fear of being judged!
What Should I Do and Not Do on POPxo?
Do:
  • - Be yourself. POPxo is a community that lets girls talk freely about the things they care about!
  • - Be positive and helpful. POPxo is a community for girls to support each other and talk openly without negativity or putdowns.
  • - Be helpful. Tailor your advice to the specific situation of the person who asked the question.
  • - Write simply and in a way that is easy for others to read (the basic stuff - good spelling, complete sentences, etc.)
  • - Help keep the community safe. Report posts / users that violate these guidelines.
Don't:
  • - Judge people, make fun of them, post hateful content or threaten people.
  • - Post graphic sexual content or offer/ask other users for sex.
  • - Promote your YouTube channels/Instagram handles/businesses, any religion or political party.
  • - Do not post anything related to businesses/ seminars/ whatsapp groups
  • - Repeat the same question over and over again.
  • - Report Users due to personal grudges.
  • - Promote illegal activity (piracy, drugs, distribution of pornography, etc.)
  • - Post your (or ask other users for their) personal details like phone number, e-mail ID, links to social media profiles, etc.
Are the Posts on POPxo Moderated?
Moderators look at posts to make sure they follow the Community Guidelines. Posts that don't follow the Community Guidelines will be hidden. Users who repeatedly post content that breaks the Guidelines will be banned from POPxo.
Why can’t I see my image polls or image questions?
All images are first seen by our moderators and once they pass all the community guidelines will appear in your feed. This may take up to 6-8 hours depending upon the time of the image being uploaded.
I Tried Answering Questions But They Do Not Reflect Anywhere on the app, Why?
We have a built-in moderation system that has certain flagged words set up. So when a post contains these flagged words, the system pulls them directly for moderation and hence you are unable to see them even though they are posted. If you notice that your post is not showing, even after hitting the submit button please be patient, our moderators will go through that post and will unhide it if it is in line with the community guidelines.
Can I Report Posts?
Any user can report any post as inappropriate or spam/scam and it will be reviewed by a moderator.
Can I Report Other Users?
If you ever see any users that you don't think belong on POPxo, please report them by clicking “Report User” on the 3 dots next to a question or an answer. Our moderators will look into it and ban users where necessary.
I'm going through a tough time. Can the POPxo community help?
Yes of course! The POPxo community is at hand to answer any questions or worries you may have if you happen to be going through a tough time. In case you're facing issues that we think may require professional help, we'll refer you to the relevant organisations.
There is a post I did not like. Can you take it down?
We genuinely welcome feedback. Good and bad. If it's a question, answer or comment posted by a member of the community, simply report the content as inappropriate. If you'd like to report an article or story, write to us at community@popxo.com and please include a link to the article. We will review it and edit or remove the offending post if we think your point is valid.
How to I get regular updates from POPxo?
Make sure you've allowed POPxo to send you notifications on your phone! You can also follow our Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/popxodaily , http://www.instagram.com/popxodaily , and our Youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/popxotv , for regular updates.
What do I report someone from DM?
If you want to report someone from DM, please send a mail to community@popxo.com along with a screenshot of the DMs and also write the reason for which you are reporting that person.

Is my order confirmed?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all VISA & MasterCard branded cards for payments.
I emailed customer service but haven’t heard back yet. Why?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm IST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours, so hold tight—we’ll get back to you.
Do I need an account to buy from POPxo Shop?
You do not need an account to buy from POPxo Shop, however it’s free to set one up and makes the check-out process faster. When you sign up you are able to:
  • - Check out faster when making a purchase.
  • - Check the status of your current orders.
  • - View past orders.
  • - Make changes to your account information.
  • - Save multiple shipping addresses.
If you check out as a guest, all order confirmations and updates will be sent via email, and you will not be able to keep track of this information through the site.
Is your website secure?
Yep! on any page where we ask you to enter your address, phone number, or credit card information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication.
Shipping & Returns
When will you ship my order?
We normally ship all orders within 2 business days. Final delivery time will vary based on location.
When will my order get delivered?
Transit and delivery time may vary depending on your location and the ordered items. You can easily track your order from the 'track your order' link on the website or go to tracklite.in and enter your tracking ID.
Do you add any delivery charges on the overall order?
We do free delivery on all orders except for the ones where the cart value is less than rs 350 . we charge a nominal fee for cod charges.
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after the order is shipped. It contains the tracking number and details of the service provider. You can easily track your order from the 'track your order' link on the website or go to tracklite.in and enter your tracking ID.
Do you offer bulk / large order discounts?
Yes, we'll make sure you get the best prices possible. Contact us on care@popxo.com for bulk/corporate discounts.
I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
POPxo.com offers replacement guarantee on all products. If you want to replace your product, please send an email to care@popxo.com call and we will replace it at no extra cost. Please note replacement is valid only if the received product is damaged or is not as described on the website. If you don’t want the replacement of your product, we will issue a refund to you.
Can you cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please e-mail us at care@popxo.com or call or call us at +91-9821519342 and if the order is not shipped, we will cancel the order for you.
What is your shipping policy?
POPxo.com offers free shipping on all orders above rs. 350. Customers usually receive their orders within 4-6 business days. We cover more than 13,000 pin codes and if your pin code is not serviceable, we are coming soon to your place. If you have any questions about the expected delivery period for your address, please mail us at care@popxo.com.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receipt of the order if it is in its original packing and condition. If you want to replace/return your product, please send an email to care@popxo.com. Please note replacements are valid only if the received product is damaged/defective at the time of receiving, or is not as described on the website.
Please Note: Beauty products cannot be returned.
What is your refund policy?
On receiving the product back and once the quality check is successful, we will initiate the refund in the same source account via which the payment was made initially (that is Credit Card, Debit Card and Net-banking). If it is a COD order, we will ask for your bank account details. Please note, refund of shipping (Rs.50) and COD charges (Rs.50) (if applicable) will not be done in case you wish to take the refund instead of replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we are only available in India as of now but are coming to other countries for sure !
Can I return/exchange Beauty Products?
All beauty products are considered as final sales and do not qualify for Returns or Exchange.

We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously which is why we do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
