Team Hate or Team Stan–tell us fam, how do you feel about monsoon weekends? Well, if we were to be asked, the vote would surely go to Team Stan ‘coz really, who doesn’t love a cozy rainy chutti day? Oh, and we know Malaika Arora is on our side as well. With back-to-back get-togethers, the actress thoroughly enjoyed the past weekend and we ensured to have some vicarious fun through the pictures.
Malaika welcomed the weekend with a Saturday night party and her B-town favourites in the house. Karan Johar and Manish Malhotra also joined in the fun and going by the former’s Instagram posts, it looked like a gala affair indeed. However, it was Malaika’s Sunday that trumped it all. With boo Arjun Kapoor on her side, she put on the chef’s hat and whipped up an Italian feast to make the most of the day. The two spent their lazy date just eating and lounging around her home. Later in the day, Arjun took to Instagram to share a sneak peek into their feast. He also shared a picture of his ladylove to show off just how phenomenal his weekend was. “The pasta and the maker,” he captioned the post and well, we cannot take our eyes off Malaika’s vibrant fit.
In the picture, Malaika can be seen being a picture-perfect hostess in her off-shoulder, printed midi. We are in love with the tropical print of her outfit and how well it goes with the overall monsoon vibe. It looks like a pick from designer Mandira Wirk’s Tropical Romance collection and we just found two similar pieces for you all.
