Earlier today, Raj took to the ‘Gram and shared an adorable video from their wedding reception. At the celebration, the Trapped star took to the stage with his groom squad— Anish John, Vinod Rawat and Abhishek Banerjee, and sang for his bride. He chose Palash Sen’s popular track Maaeri for this special jamming session.
Along with the video, RajKummar wrote, “#Maaeri @patralekhaa हमारी शादी की ये सुहानी शाम। Sing for the people you love. कहते हैं गाना आए या ना आए गाना चाहिए specially जब वो एक impromptu singing session बन जाए। Thank you @tusharjoshiii you super talented boy, for letting us sing one of our favourite hindi songs. RajKummar and Patralekhaa‘s love story is what fairytales are made of! In a previous interview, the Nanu Ki Jaanu actress revealed that she thought that RajKummar ‘weird’ when they met for the first time on the sets of Citylights. She said, “I saw him for the first time on screen when I watched LSD (Love Sex Aur Dhoka). I thought that the weird guy he played in the film, was actually what he was like. My perception of him was already tarnished. He told me later, that he had first seen me in an ad and thought, ‘I’m going to marry her.’ It was so ironic! And once we started working together– it was magic. The kind of passion he had was powerful – he’d bring everyone along with him like a tornado”
