Nothing like good old Punjabi bhangra and RDB beats to get your shoulders swinging left and right on the elliptical machine. Alternate between increasing and decreasing resistance (pedal backwards on your 3rd increase) for 30 minutes and you can burn about 200-300 calories.
If you want limbs like Deepika Padukone, the stationary bicycle is your machine! Or even better ride outdoors! To make the most out of your workout, aim for a 20-30 minute session, alternating between medium-high and low resistance. Sit when pushing hard, but stand up and pedal on low resistance to torch anywhere between 200-300 calories.
