Turning 21 is a major milestone in every girl’s life. At 13, you enter your teens. At 15, you realize teenagehood is a myth and wait eagerly to be an adult. You’re ecstatic about life after school when you turn 18. However, it’s on your 21st birthday that you realize adulthood is finally knocking on your door and that’s a bit scary… But, hey, at least we’ve got the feeling of ‘Forever 21’ to help us out! Here are 21 thoughts every girl has when she turns 21!
1. I’m already a year down my 20s?! Whaaa?
2. But another major milestone successfully achieved! Aw, yeah!
3. Wait, does this mean I have to start adulting now?
4. Or worse, take responsibility for my actions?
5. But, hey, at least I still have four more years before I hit 25!
6. Oh my god, in four years I will hit my quarter life crisis!! I can already feel the doom around me!
7. But in good news, I am of legal drinking age in 22 Indian states, plus beer in Maharashtra!
8. Screw adulting, time to partaaay!!
9. What should I wear though? What outfit says I’m an almost adult but not quite there yet?
10. Why do I have so many prints? I definitely need to add more sober colours to my wardrobe this year! But damn, this heart print nightsuit is love!
11. Sober colours remind me, maybe it’s time to get serious about life. Finally start acting my age and all that.

13. I should totally start living alone, tough it out a bit in life!
