The two have been rumoured to be getting hitched for years now, but somehow the rumours turn out to be false every time. But, it looks like this time netizens are quite convinced this time that the lovebirds are getting married. The latest buzz is that Alia and Ranbir are tying the knot next month and guess what? We know what the actress is wearing for her big day!
According to the grapevine, Alia will be wearing a bridal lehenga from Sabyasachi for her wedding. Apparently, she’d selected her outfit back in 2019 and the designer is currently reworking the same lehenga. We hear that Alia had selected a traditional outfit back then and now, she wants her bridal lehenga to be a mix of traditional and contemporary. We’re already imagining the actress in one of Sabyasachi’s finest OTT red lehengas.
That’s not all, we also hear that both Alia and Ranbir have taken a break from their shooting schedules in April for their wedding. The actor’s mom, Neetu Kapoor, was also spotted at ace designer Manish Malhotra’s store a few days ago. Seems like their shaadi prep is in full swing!
TBH, we’ve been waiting for Alia and Ranbir’s big day ever since the actor opened up about marrying Alia. Back in 2019, he had stated that they would’ve been married had the pandemic not happened. Here’s hoping the rumours are true this time and we can finally witness their wedding.
