Ever since we found out that Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda will be making their acting debut with Zoya Akhtar’s Bollywood adaptation of The Archies comics, we had been super excited to get a glimpse of the flick. Well, guess what? The makers of The Archies finally shared a teaser and it looks hella promising!
The movie stars Suhana Khan as Veronica, Khushi Kapoor as Betty, and Agastya Nanda as Archies. Mihir Ahuja, Dot, Yuvraj Menda, and Vedang Raina are also a part of the cast. Sharing the first teaser of the film, the makers wrote, “The sun is out, the news is out! Come meet your new friends. Presenting to you the cast of The Archies, directed by the fantastic Zoya Akhtar.” We gotta say, the teaser looks really impressive! The aesthetic is on point, and we’re loving the retro theme. Oh, and the music has only left us wanting more.
Netflix also shared the first poster of the film, and wrote, “Grab your picnic baskets and pick out your cutest outfits, we’re going to greet the Archie’s gang. Presenting the cast of THE ARCHIES, a Zoya Akhtar film.”
The first glimpse of The Archies has left us suuuuper-excited, and we just can’t wait for the film to finally release!
