Tejasswi Prakash is currently one of the most popular actresses on television and achieving one professional milestone after the other. After winning her fans’ hearts and Bigg Boss 15 trophy with her fearless personality, the diva bagged the leading role in Naagin 6. The viewers love her as Pratha on the show and think she’s doing a fab job as ‘sarvashresh naagin‘. Her recent music video with Karan Kundrra, Rula Deti Hai, has got more than 9 million views and #Tejran shippers cannot get enough of them.
Well, with such a massive fan following, it’s evident that people want to see more of her. Interestingly, the actress was apparently offered a big-budget Hindi movie that could have been her grand Bollywood debut. But sadly, things did not go as planned.
A few social media handles, known for giving updates about BB contestants, have reported that Teja was offered a movie by T-series. The production company wanted to sign the actress right away, but she had to turn down the offer. It’s because of her professional commitment with Ekta Kapoor as she cannot quit Naagin 6 for a certain period of time.
The show has become the most popular series on television right now and the audience is loving her chemistry with her co-star, Simba Nagpal. Naagin 6 is also one of the most expensive Indian TV series and obviously, the makers wouldn’t want to hamper the TRP by changing their leading lady so abruptly.
We are sure that Tejasswi has thought about her decision wisely and we totes support her. She made her television debut as a leading lady in 2015 and is one of the youngest BB winners of all time. While we do want to see her on the silver screen soon, we have to say that everything happens for a reason. After all, her fellow snake-lady aka Mouni Roy, made her Bollywood debut a few years after completing the first season of Naagin. She’s one of the most popular actresses in B-town right now and we wonder if Teja has planned a similar career path for herself as well.
Well, we cannot wait to see what Tejasswi will do as Pratha next on Naagin 6.
