Tejasswi Prakash has been riding a career-high ever since her Bigg Boss win. The actress has been currently slaying it as the Naagin 6 lead while keeping busy with one brand endorsement after the other. And from what we hear, things are only going to get better for.
Rumour has it that Tejasswi is all set to make her Bollywood debut and has already set her eyes on a coveted project. A little birdie tells us that the actress has been getting some interesting offers and has also auditioned for Ayushmann Khuranna’s Dream Girl 2. “Tejasswi was offered the next instalment of Ekta Kapoor’s Ragini MMS, however, she wasn’t keen on doing that, given its contentious genre. She is currently in talks for Dream Girl 2. She has auditioned for it, and the makers are yet to put a pin to it. However, she is most likely to bag the project,” the source has claimed in a media interaction.
Well, if things go well then Tejasswi can have the kind of debut that all B-town newbies dream of. She would be working with Ayushmann and the world knows how well his films perform at the box office. But, we are yet to get an official word on Tejasswi’s casting for the film. Our guess is that it won’t take too look given that the film will go on floors soon. “Initially it was supposed to go on floors in June, however, since the movie is being shot in North India, it gets messy amid the rains. The pre-production may begin from June,” the source added.
Earlier this year, Tejasswi had spoken about how she was keen on exploring OTT and films. “I’ve been happy with the professional growth, I can never be content. There’s still OTT and movies to explore. I want this graph to go up in the future. I‘m young, I can explore, I can be choosy, I’m going to take my time and do the best. I have to make everyone proud of me,” she had said in an interaction with a media platform.
Looks like the girl has manifested exactly what she was looking for. Rest assured, Teja will kill it on the silver screen and we can’t wait for her big Bollywood debut.
