Actress Sara Ali Khan made her Bollywood debut alongside actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who rose to fame after his portrayal of the cricketer in the movie, M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story. The chemistry between the two in Kedarnath was palpable, but according to recent reports, Sushant doesn’t seem to agree. Reportedly, the actor has refused to work with Sara in an upcoming commercial because of the way the two split post the filming of Kedarnath. Apparently, the two actors aren’t even on talking terms!
On the sets of Kedarnath, rumours became afoot that romance was in the air for the leading actors Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput. However, things did not end well because once the shoot wrapped up, the two parted ways.
A source close to the actors told a leading daily that things definitely went down the wrong road for the two, “Sara and Sushant were very fond of each other, maybe it was too good that it won’t last. The fights were only minor disagreements in the past and one felt that they would beat the low tide, but of late their differences acquired loud overtones. Things finally came to a sorry pass when they suddenly stopped talking to each other. Who knows, they might kiss and make up but for now, it’s really bad. And, neither of the two is even trying to take the first step and mend the broken bridge.”
Sushant Singh Rajput was last seen in the movie Chhichhore alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Sharma. The actor is currently rumoured to be dating actress Rhea Chakraborty of Jalebi fame, the two have been spotted dining together on various occasions. Sara Ali Khan, on the other hand, is currently speculated to be in a relationship with Kartik Aaryan. Recently the two made their relationship Insta-official when Kartik posted a picture of him visiting Sara in Bangkok to celebrate her birthday.
Here’s hoping that we get to see the two actors together on the big screen once again! We did love their crackling chemistry in Kedarnath.
