This will allow the skin to repair completely, which often results in the disappearance of sunspots.
You’ll have to slather yourself in a broad-spectrum sunscreen with at least SPF 30, but beyond that, you’ll just want to find something you enjoy wearing every day. From gel-based to water-based, a sunscreen containing Vitamin C is also recommended by many dermatologists since ingredients that brighten the skin, such as Vit C, can help minimise pigmentation. It’s a powerful antioxidant that prevents aberrant pigmentation formation.
