Sumbul, the Bigg Boss 16 house’s youngest contestant, is also allegedly the highest-paid. The Imlie actress’s massive fan base outside the house has allowed her to stay on the show for this long despite all the criticism and negative feedback. Sumbul is also the first teenager and the youngest contestant to spend 100 days in the Bigg Boss house in any Indian language. However, her journey appears to be coming to an end. As her father’s health is deteriorating day by day, the actress may leave the show on her own accord. Her father has previously appeared on the show to advise his daughter to stay away from Shalin Bhanot and Tina Datta. He took a lot of heat for his harsh words. As a result, Sumbul and her fans were concerned when he failed to appear for family week. While some viewers assumed he was embarrassed, it turns out he is actually not keeping well.
Mr Touqeer raised Sumbul and her sister on his own, and the actress is very close to him. The actress has been through a lot during her Bigg Boss 16 journey, but she has managed to stay put. Many Bigg Boss 16 fans were convinced that the actress would finish in the top five. However, when it comes to her father and his health, she will not make any concessions and may, therefore, leave the show.
