Did you watch Shiddat this weekend? If you haven’t already, we suggest you do it ASAP because it’s amazing. While the ending was a bit unexpected, we were quite impressed by Sunny Kaushal and Radhika Madan’s quirky love story. They were quite convincing in their roles and had crackling chemistry.
Speaking of their chemistry, fans have been observing that the two look great together off-screen as well. From sporting colour-coordinated outfits to completing each other’s sentences during interviews, Sunny and Radhika have been winning hearts. Recently, the actor gave a savage reply to a few netizens who were trolling his co-star for her outfit and TBH, we’re hella impressed!
During a media interaction last month, Radhika was seen wearing a black crop top and houndstooth patterned high-waist pants. Her OOTD did not sit well with the netizens and they soon started trolling her for it. In a recent interview with a leading daily, the actress revealed that she was not affected by the negative feedback.
She said, “I don’t know, sabka apna opinion hai (everyone has their own opinion). Main yeh bhi nahi keh sakti (I cannot say), ‘You are wrong’. Their opinion. Mujhe achcha laga, maine pehen liya, photos bhi post kar di. Comments padhne ke baad bhi (I liked it, so I wore it and shared photos, even after reading the comments). Mereko kuch itna hota nahi hai (I don’t get too affected), to be honest.”
Kudos to Radhika for not letting online negativity get to her because she looked quite glamm in that outfit. Well, Sunny agrees with us and he said so himself. “She was looking absolutely stunning, man. You remember you were getting into the lift to go down and I was inside the lift and I was like, ‘Whoa, wow!’,” the actor chimed in.
He also praised the actress for being her confident self and said, “You know, Radhika has this beautiful trait – she is so self-assured about these things. I think even if something affects her, she probably just does this (gestures dodging a bullet), which is so beautiful.”
We love the way the Shiddat couple has each other’s back and hope that we see them together in another project soon!
