Sara Tendulkar is always making headlines. Be it her luminous skin that nobody knows the secret to, her pictures with her father Sachin Tendulkar, or her link-up with cricketer Shubman Gill, she knows how to keep the spotlight shining on her. But I’ve been most obsessed with the former of the three – her skin, which always seems on point.
The social media star has stylists and designers at her beck and call but still insists on doing her own makeup and slaying every look. That’s until I stalked her so hard and discovered the one MUA Sara worked with, who revealed it all!
Nishtha Bhandari who did Sara’s makeup, is Kajal Aggarwal’s go-to makeup artist and is known for her stunning bridal looks. In a candid chat with POPxo, Bhandari revealed that Sara’s skin, like most of us, “Has combination skin. And even so, it’s almost poreless and extremely smooth to work on.” She then gave us a download of all the products she used to help Tendulkar achieve that dewy, flushed skin.
Every Single Product Used On Sara’s Skin
The first step was hydration and the Cetaphil Cream worked like a charm.
There’s no such thing as too much hydration, so the YSL Top Secrets Instant Moisture Glow was the next product that acted as the perfect base for the makeup to stay on longer.
While Bhandari skipped concealer on Sara’s skin because she didn’t need it, she recommends the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Concealer to cover up dark spots and pigmentation.
For a smooth finish, the Valentino Beauty Very Valentino foundation SPF 25 was the easiest choice.
For that supremely sculpted look, the KVD Beauty Shade and Light Face Contour Refillable Palette offered seamless blending and is enriched with vitamin E, to hydrate the skin without drying it out.
The next step? Healthy, flushed cheeks. The Gucci Luminous Matte Beauty Blush added a splash of colour to Sara’s face. The rosy blush didn’t just claim spotlight on her cheeks but on her eyelids as well, doubling as an eyeshadow, for a uniform look.
And for that coveted, other-worldly glow, the DIOR Forever Couture Luminizer Highlighter was a no-brainer. A little goes a long way with this one so a dot on the apples of her cheeks and the tip of her nose was all it took to brighten her skin up.
Bhandari didn’t use any product on Sara’s brows since they’ve been microbladed to perfection. So the obvious next step was a light lipstick to round off the natural glowy look. And what better than the iconic Pillow Talk for this?
To ensure Sara’s makeup didn’t budge, the Chanel Poudre Universelle Libre Natural Finish Loose Powder was dusted lightly all over.
The YSL Lash Clash Extreme Volume Mascara really opened up her eyes and gave her lashes so much more volume.
Finally, to set it all up the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray was an obvious choice to ensure her makeup stayed put for a good 12 hours while delivering that dewy, glowy look.
Now I may not own the exact products but at least I know the steps needed to get the look. I know I’m going to try and master it before the next wedding I have to attend!
