Former Indian cricket team captain MS Dhoni and his wife Sakshi Dhoni are undoubtedly India’s most-adored couple. The Dhoni khandaan usually makes headlines for their cuteness quotient, and this time Sakshi and Dhoni took it a notch higher as they set #CoupleGoals in their glamm avatar.
Sakshi and Mahi recently attended a close friend’s wedding and we just came across some super-fun videos from the wedding festivities. We spotted the lovebirds grooving to some fun Hindi and Punjabi music, and we can’t seem to get over Sakshi’s adorable expressions and killer moves. And don’t miss Mahi continuing to be captain cool!
We spotted Sakshi teasing the cricketer to the tunes of Sunanda Sharma’s ‘Mummy Nu Pasand’ and we have mixed emotions. While Sakshi’s moves made us smile, Dhoni’s smile left us awestruck!
Hold on, it doesn’t end there. We came across another absolutely magical video of the couple grooving to ‘Slow Motion Mein’. Well, we’re glad that captain cool finally loosened up a little bit.
Sakshi is an active Instagrammer and we’ve seen her posts make the headlines every now and then. But this time, it was her story that caught our attention. And it seems like Mrs Dhoni loves teasing Mr Dhoni! While dancing to Hardy Sandhu’s ‘Naah’, Sakshi took a moment to get playful with hubby dearest, but it was Dhoni’s adorable expression in the end that made us go ‘awww’.
We’ve all had that moment when our heels got in the way of our dancing, right? Well, Sakshi is no different. In a story shared by the couple’s common friend, we spotted the first lady of the cricketer dancing away with her heels in her hands. We feel you, girl!
For the unversed, MS Dhoni and Sakshi Singh Rawat were school friends but they did not fall in love until a lot later. The lovebirds tied the knot in a private ceremony in July 2010. At the time of their marriage, Sakshi was studying hotel management and was also working as a trainee in The Taj Bengal in Kolkata. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Ziva (who is also our most favourite star kid), in February 2015. At the time of the birth of his daughter, Dhoni was in Australia for the 2-15 Cricket World Cup and chose not to travel to India.
