Earlier this month, Rubina Dilaik had shared that she has tested positive for COVID-19. The actress is currently quarantining and recovering in her home town Shimla. She took to Instagram a couple of days ago and shared the same with her fans and followers through an IGTV video. Following her recovery update, the actress has now also shared a detailed video on YouTube where she has chronicled her entire COVID-19 journey.
From her COVID-19 test to her recovery meals, the BB14 winner has captured it all in the video. The ‘COVID-19 Diary’ opens with her arrival in Shimla and a COVID-19 test. She then goes on showing a quarantine room prepared for her by the family. In the video, the actress has also shared her COVID-19 symptoms and how apart from body ache and weakness, she has been experiencing a confused state of mind as well. “My COVID-19 recovery journey was full of tears, gratitude, love and healing,” she captioned the video.
During one of her video entries for the COVID-19 journal, Rubina can be seen getting all teary-eyed as she thanks her fans, family, and people around her for all their love and good wishes. “I was thinking of sharing this with you all for a long time. I am extremely blessed, I would say, that I have an amazing family, a loving and caring husband, totally loving and supporting parents. My sisters are amazing, I am extremely grateful. Of course, my fans, I have been reading the wishes,” she shared during an emotional moment.
The actress has also shared how she lost her sense of taste and smell for a small phase and how her mom has been preparing nutritious, colourful meals to keep her full and healthy. In the video, the actress has also shared that she has mostly recovered now and has urged fans to pray for everyone who is currently fighting the virus.
