We do love the impossible love stories on Indian television but, some of the actors from the telly land have better ones in real life. And one such couple is Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta. They met almost a decade ago on the sets of their show, 12/24 Karol Bagh. Love blossomed soon after. The two tied the knot on December 7, 2013, and since then, they have been inseparable.
Constantly supporting and promoting each others’ new projects on their respective social media handles, these two are #CoupleGoals! Ravi Dubey recently did an interview with an online entertainment portal and was asked if he and wife were planning to have a baby.
Well, their fans are eager to hear some good news. Ravi, however, revealed that they have no plans to have a baby at the moment. He later added that they are “each other’s baby!”
When asked about whether they will be doing an onscreen collab soon, Ravi mentioned that they’re already “working together as producers.” However, if an opportunity arises in the future, he would love to work with his wife.
In the past, fans speculated that the couple was prepping up to embrace parenthood after reading this Instagram picture’s caption. He shared this picture on the eve of Diwali last year, “PAANCH MAHINE SE I HAVE HIDDEN FROM YOU A JOY THAT’S ENTERED OUR LIFE…WILL INTRODUCE YOU ON THE 10TH OF THIS MONTH #HAPPYDIWALI.” But, Ravi cleared the air and has put an end to all speculations.
Sorry guys looks like, they aren’t having a baby anytime soon. Boo-hoo!
Earlier, in an interview with a leading daily, Sargun Mehta opened up about her marriage (her answer will make you feel like a giant mushball). She said, “We are still more like friends in all the stages of our relationship. We do not take too much space in each other’s life. We like giving each other space if we want to go out alone respectively, we go. We can talk about a hot girl/guy without having to think twice. So it’s more like friends. So, I don’t think I prefer him as anything, I just prefer him in my life.”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ravi is busy with his new project Jamai Raja 2.0. His co-star is Nia Sharma. To support her hubby’s newest venture, Sargun put up a picture on Instagram of the two with an encouraging caption. It read as, #1DAYTOGO #JAMAIRAJA 2.0. I can’t wait to watch you rock the screen again @ravidubey2312. Yahaan dekho #saravi aur kal @zee5premium pe tune in karke dekho #nivi ko.”
